we're a small team. when you write, one of us reads it. here's how to get help, and what to expect.
how to reach us
one inbox handles everything: hello@furrowed.app. write in the language you're comfortable in; we'll do our best.
if you're writing about a specific entry or a bug, it helps if you include:
- your account email (so we can find you)
- the device you're on (iphone 15, pixel 8, etc.)
- what you were doing when it went wrong
- a screenshot if you have one
how fast we reply
we aim for under one business day on weekdays. weekends and sri lankan holidays may take longer; we'll get to you by the next working morning.
common things
i forgot my password
use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. if the reset email doesn't show up in five minutes, check spam, then write to us with the email you signed up with.
i want to export everything
in the app: settings → account → export my data. you'll get a json archive plus a zip of photos by email within 24 hours. or write to us and we'll do it manually.
i want to delete my account
full instructions on the delete account page. short version: write to hello@furrowed.app and we'll do it.
the ai got my entry wrong
tap the entry, tap edit. fix the fields, hit save. the ai's output is a suggestion, not a fact; you're always in charge. if you want to tell us what kind of mistakes happen most, we use that to make the model better at your kind of farm.
i lost an entry
write to us with roughly when you logged it. we keep short-term backups and can usually recover an entry from the last 30 days. older than that, we may not be able to help.
i think i found a bug
a screenshot or a short video makes our day. send it to hello@furrowed.app with a one-line description.
i have a feature idea
we want to hear it. write to hello@furrowed.app and tell us the moment in your farm day where you wished furrowed had done something it didn't. those are the best ideas; we read every one.
